Mental Health Crisis
If you have thoughts of hurting yourself or someone else, thoughts of suicide, feel intensely depressed or anxious, experience other disturbing thoughts or feelings, or become disoriented - get crisis counseling immediately by coming directly to the Clarke Health Center during business hours (M-F, 8-5), or:
- Call the Clarke Health Center at (607) 735-1750 Identify the situation as a crisis. You will be connected with a professional who, after assessing the situation, will provide specific direction about what to do.
- After business hours or on weekends: Call the Residence Life Coordinator on duty or Campus Security at 607-735-1777. The RLC or Security Officer will coordinate the College’s response until the Director of Counseling or a community crisis counselor arrives.
