Dr. Pedro Gonzalez, Arnot Health, will be on campus on Monday, April 25 as part of the Mentor Mondays campaign. Students interested in healthcare careers are encouraged to take this opportunity to network with and learn from Dr. Gonzalez’s experience in the healthcare industry. Students will also have a chance to have their résumés reviewed and interview skills critiqued.
Dr. Pedro Gonzalez received his medical degree from Universidad Central del Caribe in Santa Juanita, Puerto Rico. After receiving his M.D., Dr. Gonzalez went on to complete his residency at VA-Medical Center in San Juan, Puerto Rico. After completing his residency, Dr. Gonzalez received his certification by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM), the highest standard in internal medicine and its 20 subspecialties. Certification means that internists have demonstrated – to their peers and to the public – that they have the clinical judgment, skills and attitudes essential for the delivery of excellent patient care.
