"I found the class to be informative, thought-provoking, and relevant. Elmira's class model of employing both academics and practitioners to co-teach is the perfect blend of theory and applied application. I highly recommend this course to anyone responsible for an emergency/business continuity plan. The instructor's in-depth understanding of FEMA's assessment criteria and recovery processes proved to be vital information for everyone in the class. Additionally, a certificate in Disaster Management should be required for all county and town supervisors."
