Non-Degree Study
The Non-Degree Study option is
ideal for individuals who are interested in pursuing graduate
coursework for their own personal or academic
development as well as those who wish to experience graduate
classes before committing to an
advanced
certificate or degree program. There is no limit to the number
of credit hours a student may take while pursuing Non-Degree Study.
If a Non-Degree student wishes to matriculate
into a degree program, he must do so prior to completion
of 12 credits. He must also make an appointment with an
advisor and submit any additional application materials as outlined
on page 39 of the
Bulletin
to be considered for acceptance. All credits earned prior to
matriculation may apply to a degree program in accordance to the
seven-year rule provided the course(s) taken fulfill program
requirements.
