Will My Credits Transfer?

 

Articulation agreements exist between Elmira College and several two-year colleges. Transfer of courses between these colleges and Elmira is formalized in these agreements. Details may be obtained from the Elmira College Office of Admissions or by clicking on the institution's name below, if one is available on-line. 

The following institutions are included:

Broome Community College (PDF) 
Corning Community College (PDF) 

Nursing
Arnot Ogden Medical Center (PDF)
Corning Community College (PDF)
Tompkins-Cortland Community College (PDF)  

These articulation agreements include a guaranteed financial grant from Elmira College of $4,000 per year for two years. Restrictions apply and details are available from the Office of Admissions. Corning Community College graduates also are guaranteed a $1,000 community grant by Elmira College.

Students transferring to Elmira College from any institution, including those listed above, who have achieved a 3.3 (on a 4.0 scale) grade point average will receive a Transfer Honor Scholarship of $15,000 per year.

Amber Crouthamel joined the Admissions team in the Fall of 2010. Born and raised in Horseheads, NY, Amber graduated from SUNY Binghamton with a Master’s of Science degree in Student Affairs Administration. Amber started her college career at Corning Community College where she earned an Associate's of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and decided to continue with her education by transferring to Mansfield University where she earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Psychology with a minor in Human Resources.

Amber is directly responsible for introducing prospective transfer students to the great educational opportunities at EC and guiding them through the admissions process. As a former transfer student herself, she will work with you every step of the way.
