ESL for Community Members
ESL for Community Members
Community members may join English as a Second Language (ESL) classes at Elmira College if you are at the proper skill level for the classes that are being offered. If interested, you must first contact the Director of the English as a Second Language Program at 735-1928 or esl@elmira.edu to determine whether a class that meets your needs is available. Once approved, you will then be able to register for classes through the Office of Continuing Education in McGraw Hall, Room 117.
Community members who are at the appropriate skill level are
also welcome to join the Multi-level, Three-Week, Intensive
Cultural and Language Experience for High School Students. You do
not have to be a high school student to participate in the program.
