Meet your Eagle’s Nest Program Directors
![]() | My name is Caileen Waldron ’15. I am a Criminal Justice major and plan to become a Victim Advocate following graduation. On campus, I am very active in Student Alumni Council (SAC), and have been a member of the Executive Committee for Athletic Alumni Weekend and the Juvenile Diabetes Research Fund Walk. I was also recently recognized as SAC Member of the Year. When I’m not working in the 1855 Room, I am also active with Christian Fellowship. Before coming to EC I was a camp counselor at a Girl Scout Day Camp for five years. I have also held a number of babysitting positions, and became CPR certified as a result. These experiences have allowed me to develop a number of fun games, activities and craft projects that I look forward to sharing with your children this June! |
![]() | My name is Faith McEvoy ’15. I grew up on a farm in Belvidere, New Jersey, and am currently a Biology/Pre-Medicine major with hopes of continuing on to medical school to become a Pediatric Cardiologist. On campus I am involved in Chemistry Club, Pre-Health Club, Orchesis (our dance club), and Gold Key Society. I also work on campus both in the 1855 Room and Simeon’s. I completed my Community Service requirement at the Arnot Ogden Medical Center in their Child Care Center. Specifically, I volunteered within the hospital’s Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). While in the Child Care Center I was able to interact with children, manage their feeding and changing times, and learn proper sanitation techniques. Previously I was involved in running a Pre-school program at my high school, where I created lesson plans and served as the teacher on various days of the week. I am able to plan activities for developing both physical and cognitive skills, fun snacks, educational arts and crafts, and songs and dances that incorporate a specified theme for the day. I love children and coming from a family of five children myself I am used to all the chaos they can sometimes bring. I look forward to making sure your children have just as much fun as you will at this year’s Reunion. |
We cannot tell you how excited we are to be the Children’s Co-Chairs for Reunion 2012 and spend time with your little Soaring Eagles!
Your Child’s Safety Is Important to Us
To put your mind at ease, several of our staff members are certified in CPR and First Aid. While attending the Eagle’s Nest Program, your child will need a sweater or jacket, rain wear, change of clothes, swimsuit, towel, carrying bag, sunscreen, pillow, blanket, favorite movie, and any favorite toy that they may want to play with. Clearly label all of your child’s items. Children who use a life jacket or swimmies should bring those also.
