Opportunity in Audiology
Elmira College is seeking an excellent teacher and experienced clinician to begin a one year renewable appointment in an undergraduate-only program in Speech and Hearing beginning in the summer of 2014, with the possibility for future conversion to a tenure-track line. A doctorate (AuD or PhD), clinical experience, CCC-Audiology and eligibility for New York State License in audiology is required. College teaching experience is highly desirable. Regular assignments will include teaching a two-course basic audiology sequence, clinical practice in audiology, aural rehabilitation and other topics in the field. The position also involves supervising undergraduate students in an audiology practicum.
