Assists with victims/survivors of all kinds of crimes. Lori Waters is willing to meet with students here on campus.  Lori feels meeting on campus may be less stressful for students. Students may meet privately with Lori at the Clarke Health Center or any other area on campus the student feels comfortable.  If students prefer to meet with Lori off campus, her office is located at the Elmira Police Department by the Court.

Domestic Violence Hot Line (607) 7321979 Available 24 Hours a Day/7 Days a Week 

Students would need to call the Hot Line. The location of the office to meet with an advocate will be disclosed during the phone call. The advocate will meet with victim/survivor and referrals will be provided for appropriate services.  Orders of protection will be explained.  Advocates of this agency do not come to campus. Students are not allowed to bring a friend due to the agency’s safety rules.

Crisis Program Hot Line (607) 733–5369 Available 24 Hours a Day/7 Days a Week 

A mobile response team providing telephone and face to face crisis counseling and referral services 24 hours a day/7 days a week. Works with several aspects of mental health such as trauma, domestic violence or thoughts of suicide to name a few. For general questions please call (607) 733–5696 Monday through Thursday 8:30 a.m.–7:00 p.m. and Fridays 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

On Campus Counseling and Medical Care (607) 735–1750

On Campus Counseling and Medical Care are provided to full-time students at the Clarke Health Center Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m. while classes are in session.

No Eagle Left Behind (607) 735–1777 Available 24 Hours a Day/7 Days a week

No Eagle Left Behind is a program that provides safe transportation for students 24 hours a day/7 days a week.  Please contact the Office of Campus Security at (607) 735–1777 for taxi vouchers.  If you are stranded off campus call Office of Campus Security at (607) 735–1777 for a safe ride back to campus with no questions asked or for immediate support if needed. Students may also obtain taxi vouchers at the Clarke Health Center or from their Residence Life Coordinators.
